Eurotix - Superstar

Listen to "Superstar", the opening track on Eurotix debut album "The Secret". We first recorded it a few years back, as a demo sent to Melodifestivalen, the Swedish pre-selection to the Eurovision Song Contest. However, it remained unreleased until Larry and I decided to rerecord it for the album.

Not only have the vocals been rerecorded, but the production has been given a full makeover. The final version is less "schlager" and more synthpop, more Eurotix. I'm also fond of the lyrics which are both cocky and tragic at the same time.

"Superstar" is available digitally on iTunes, Spotify, Amazon UK, Amazon US and on a limited CD edition. Enjoy!

Eurotix video shoot

It's been a really exciting weekend. Larry and I filmed our scenes for the upcoming Eurotix music video "Are You Strong Enough?", directed by Israel Benavides and his talented team. They all did an amazing job and I can't wait to see the final cut!

The video was shot in Gävle city. In some scenes, we had to walk backwards in the middle of a crowded street. I was so scared of tripping but we survived. People who didn't see the camera must have thought we were crazy though. But one has to suffer for the art, right?

Big thanks to Israel and his team! Don't forget to follow Eurotix on Facebook and Twitter for more news on the upcoming video.

Eurotix - Don't Let Go

Listen to my band's track "Don't Let Go" down below. It was sent to Melodifestivalen, the Swedish pre-selection to the Eurovision Song Contest, but didn't go all the way, so it was released on our album instead. The track also includes a nod to a certain New Order track. Can you hear which one?

"Don't Let Go" is taken from our Eurotix album "The Secret", available digitally on iTunes, Spotify, Amazon UK, Amazon US and as a limited CD edition. Enjoy!

My life is no longer a soap opera

I used to say that my life was like a soap opera, filled with drama and back-stabbing people. I still love watching soaps. But thankfully, my own life is so much calmer and less dramatic these days. Just the way I want it. And all the back-stabbers haven been "written out" of my life.

Equality

Speaking up for equality by taking a stand against racism, homophobia, sexism and other injustices can get on some people's nerves. But I don't care about being popular. I'm more interested in doing the right thing.
